Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or defective.
  • A product or item is missing from your order.


To ensure a smooth claim process:

Please record an unboxing video of the sealed package. This is mandatory for claims related to wrong, damaged, or missing items.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of colour preference. Please refer to our Size Guide before placing your order.

Products purchased during promotional sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or an incorrect item was received.

Do not hand over the product to the pickup agent without a valid pickup confirmation (pickup slip or SMS).

If your location is outside our reverse pickup service area, you may be required to self-ship the product. Return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at madrasnatty@gmail.com with your order number, clear photos of the issue, and the unboxing video (where applicable).


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Damages and issues

Do not accept delivery if the package appears tampered with.

 

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be issued as a store gift card, as direct COD payouts are currently unavailable in accordance with RBI guidelines.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
